3. Cooking Method
It is very convenient as frozen noodles can be cooked immediately without thawing. Boiling Water Cooking: Place the frozen noodles in boiling water and heat for about 1 to 1.5 minutes until they loosen naturally, then drain.
Microwave Cooking: Place the noodles on a plate, sprinkle with a little water, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for about 3 to 4 minutes to cook without heat.
Uses: Enjoy them as hot udon by adding them to udon broth (tsuyu), or rinse them in cold water to use as a topping for mixed udon or hot pot.
