Enjuku Method: Meaning "fully ripened," this method is characterized by producing a deep and rich umami flavor without artificial chemical seasonings (MSG) by aging carefully selected soybeans and rice koji for an extended period.

Composition: Each package contains 8 servings. The aged miso paste and dried toppings (fried tofu, seaweed, and green onions) are packaged separately to ensure high freshness.

Toppings: Containing seaweed, green onions, and bonito powder along with chewy fried tofu (Abura-age), this product recreates the taste of authentic Japanese miso soup.

4. Cooking Method
