🍽️ Preparation (How to Eat)

For best results, it is recommended to reheat the gimbap without thawing it.

Microwave (Highly Recommended)

Cut off the corner of the plastic packaging to allow steam to enter.

Heat at 700W for 3 minutes or at 1000W for 2 minutes and 10 seconds.

Tip: After heating the gimbap, leave it in the closed bag for 1 minute. The remaining steam makes the rice softer and chewier.

Sauté in a pan (to add flavor)

Remove the frozen slices from the bag. Lightly coat a pan with oil (or sesame oil) and sear both sides briefly. This adds a delicious fried aroma to the kimchi and bulgogi.

💡 Serving Suggestion

Palmatalization: Gimbap is quite spicy. To neutralize the spiciness, enjoy it with vegan mayonnaise or a mild broth (e.g., soybean paste soup).
