Wakame (Seaweed): In this variation, dried wakame is the main topping. The wakame's soft, smooth texture and subtle ocean aroma harmonize perfectly with the savory miso.
Enjuku Koji: As with other products in this line, premium miso is naturally aged with rice koji to produce a deep, complex umami flavor without artificial additives.

3. Ingredients
Miso: Soybeans (non-GMO), rice, salt, alcohol (for freshness), sugar, yeast extract, bonito flakes (fish), sardine extract.
Dried Garnish: Wakame seaweed, green onions.
4. Cooking Method
Place one packet of miso and one packet of dried wakame seaweed into a bowl.
Add approximately 160ml of hot water.
Stir briefly until the wakame is fully rehydrated and the miso dissolves.
Tip: Wakame seaweed is rich in iodine and minerals, so in Japan, this wakame soup is enjoyed as a light and healthy breakfast.
